A great bed for laying out. The face cushion was very comfortable. Fantastic service during a challenging time.

The bed arrived in good time, it was much wider than anticipated but we had the space!!! very comfortable cushioning on both the tbale and the head part. Nice to sleep on. No complaints from a helpful company

I've never had to order anything like this before so I was completely lost when researching what might help me after my surgery. I really didn't want to buy the equipment and be stuck with it after my recovery time was up, so this has been great. I ordered the bed, the chair and the table attachment and they all helped so much in my long recovery days.

exactly what we were looking for. practical support throughout macular recovery time. collection and pickup without hassle (lots of photographs required but it does say in the terms)

We were getting anxious that the sleeping cushion wasn't going to arrive! Eventually the DHL van appeared in the drive...nice cushion to rest on the sofa with and also bring to the bedroom for nighttime sleeping. It was very comfortable and clean. On one occasion I just slept on the sofa overnight as the cushion did the trick. For anyone reading this and worrying about the surgery, everything will be ok x x x

Worth the price tags if you had to wait 17 days in recovery period like I did!

Last minute surgery planned for my mum = major panic! A google search led me to this website where we instantly felt the oncoming recovery time might not be as horrific as first imagined after an emergency vitrectomy. thankfully they got our package out to us in good time and mum was able to go about her days as normal as possible at home. customer support was fantastic and went above and beyond for me and mum, even with our many many phone calls! Special shout out for Chris for his patience explaining to us how everything worked. worth every penny.

Amazing service! My husbands surgery was rescheduled three days before hand. All it took was one quick phone call to Face Down Support who rescheduled the delivery date of the chair being sent out without any fuss. Comfortbale chair and face cushion to rest accoring to the hubby.

However much I would like to afford the full packages I had to settle for the basic option. This was however a convenient attachement to my bed which allowed me to sleep at night front facing down. Grateful for the help it provided. I had difficutly sending my photographs into the email, the support team kindly allowed me to send the photo to whatsapp instead
