Change of surgery date was not a problem

Amazing service! My husbands surgery was rescheduled three days before hand. All it took was one quick phone call to Face Down Support who rescheduled the delivery date of the chair being sent out without any fuss. Comfortbale chair and face cushion to rest accoring to the hubby.

very light chair to carry around the house

I got my moneys worth for sure! I had the chair sat in the living room, in the kitchen and out in the garden at one point too. Much lighter than expected but not flimsy or cheap. Made my life much easier. Only needed to remain horizontal for one week thankfully!

Great chair for sitting horiztonal face down. Used the ledge part to read my book, use my phone etc. Good quality chair too.
